Losing Voice and the Aortic Arch

2011 rolled in stealthily.  Just show up and practice.
And no more full caffeine  only decaf. If I miss a class here, go to sea cliff, or Mary's or Funky Boar. April 22 will be 111 days.
The yoga instructor says see where your heart beats in your body.(For me it's my chest but okay I maybe I  a missing some secret, I cannot breathe down into my feet either.)

I always feel a strong throbbing  in my throat.   My TV MD degree has granted me a Housian diagnostic talent.  A. It is never lupus.   My  diagnosis:  cancer in the my larynx, my adrenal glands or my thyroid, one of which is no where near my throat)

It is the blood rush up from the aortic arch.  See chart below.
Now I can breathe freely.

Yoga tip of the week: Feet parallel always.  The foundation of yoga practice starts  with the alignment of your feet for the balancing series and for the compression exercises. Always let your breathe and your eyes lead you into poses.  Feel all your toes and fingers equally, always.
