dying to be healthy

What now? run towards health. a do over. starting Monday.. no sugar, no dairy no caffeine for 30 days... and lots and lots of vegetable juice... dust off the old yoga mat rediscover health and nutrition... stay tuned.. the juicer is out..sneakers check.... maybe photos.. trying to decide what body part to shoot.. maybe just one hand can represent.. or 25% of a face.... check back Monday for the before photo..
