Back in the saddle again

 Ears hurt
The big cosmic Joke is on me. I joined the BYSC studio because the instructors did not use the headset. Day after the clinic, first class back, formerly non headset wearing instructor has on a headset.  The universe and I are not aligned

Bikram Yoga Tip of  the Day:  Kapalbhati in Vajtasana Blowing in Firm Pose.
Marilyn has great intercostal muscles.
The very last asana of Bikram Yoga Beginners Yoga Practice.   Do not worry about breathing in, only concentrate on breathing out. Visualize your abdominal muscles bouncing or snapping off of your spine like an old paddle ball toy.

Expiration:
1) The intercostal and diaphragm muscles relax.
2) The ribcage moves downwards and inwards and the diaphragm becomes relaxed.
3) The thorax volume decreases, causing the air pressure to increase to above atmospheric pressure, so air is forced out of the lungs.
4) Expiration is a passive process- it doesn’t require energy.
